The Stanton Lions Club has been serving
our community for over fifty years. We take pride in serving our
community. Although the club is made up of leaders--professionals,
business owners, and elected officials--we have no restriction on
membership. There are no income, religious or gender restrictions.
Lunch meetings are the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. If you are aware of a need in the community, please contact us.
To create and foster a spirit of understanding among the peoples of the
world.
To promote the principles of good government and good citizenship.
To take and active interest in civic, cultural, social, and moral welfare
of the community.
To unite members in the bonds of friendship, good fellowship, and mutual
understanding.
To provide a forum for the open discussion of all matters of public
interest; provided however that partisan politics and sectarian religion
shall not be debated by club members.
To encourage service-minded persons to service their community without personal
financial reward, and to encourage the efficiency and promote high ethical
standards in commerce, industry, professions, public works and private
endeavors.
